Epifanio Calcara, MD is a board-certified internist with nearly four decades of clinical experience spanning solo practice, corporate medicine, and large multispecialty group leadership. As President of Paramount Medical Group, a 26-physician integrated practice, and subsequently as Department Chair of Internal Medicine at a large multispecialty health system, Dr. Calcara spent years at the intersection of clinical care and administrative complexity. ReValu Health is the product of that experience: a framework designed not by a technologist imagining healthcare, but by a physician who repeatedly asked why the reimbursement system had to be so dysfunctional.
